IRMS Systems is a team of professionals with an understanding of what an IT service should look like. We have 1 line of technical support, which employs the friendliest people who help to correctly classify the problem and try to fix it during the first communication, be it a phone call or a whatsapp message
We have a second line, these are active guys who solve more serious requests that they received from line 1 with all the full information, so they solve the application very quickly and correctly the first time
We also have a monitoring service that sets up the entire process of customer services and optimizes the time to solve customer problems, analyzes problems to avoid them in the future
